- Brought organization from a projected $40,000 shortfall to a positive cash flow position, increasing members/donors from 1,200 to 17,000, in-kind donations from $20,000 to $300,000 and municipal grants by 200%, while creating a $200,000 foundation
- Created numerous enterprise programs, including a $400,000 art project with an initial investment of only $5,000
- Created promotional and corporate communication pieces ranging from brochures to an ISSN-registered newsletter
